EARTHQUAKE RISK OF THE BUILDING::

The Ozer Residence project has been prepared and implemented in accordance with specifications resulting from the 1998 earthquake, taking into consideration the Grade 2 earthquake area data. The building sits on top of strong, rocky soil; this is one of the most important factors preventing damage should there be an earthquake. The building sits on a raft foundation for which 1850 m3 (230) mixer concrete, 125 tonnes of ribbed iron were used. An earthquake sensor is installed in the building, serving the purpose of triggering the building’s alarm system just as an earthquake should start, thus forewarning the residents of the building.
